Each individual may hold only one ew8 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. ew8 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate registrations.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and real-money funds are accounted for separately in your ew8 wallet. 2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). ew8 operates under anti-money laundering obligations and may require identity verification documents — including but not limited to national identity card, passport, or proof of address — before processing withdrawals or large deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. ew8 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in all locations. Players must comply with all applicable local laws.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ew8 username and password. ew8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 4.1 Currency. All ew8 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to MYR deposits or withdrawals.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ew8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, and FPX. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
4.3 Own-Name Requirement. All payment instruments used must be registered in the legal name of the ew8 account holder. Payments from or to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. ew8 will return funds received from third-party sources and may suspend the account pending investigation.
4.4 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the ew8 cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change.

4.6 Charges. ew8 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. You may be subject to fees imposed by your payment provider, which are entirely outside ew8's control.

ew8's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by ew8's negligence, or for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
ew8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected; (c) a player requests self-exclusion; or (d) a player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your ew8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed on closure subject to verification requirements. ew8 retains the right to withhold funds where a legitimate investigation is ongoing.
